Business Nature
L.V. Garments is a proprietorship-based wholesale garment business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Our services are intended exclusively for:

- Resellers and distributors
- Bulk buyers and institutional purchasers
We do not operate as a retail consumer store. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain product categories.
Pricing
All prices quoted by L.V. Garments are subject to the following conditions:
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, and order quantities
- Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of order placement
- Any verbal, WhatsApp, or email price quotations are indicative and valid for a limited period only
- Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise
Orders
⚠️ Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled without mutual written agreement from both parties.
- An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation
- Bulk orders may require advance payment or deposit before processing begins
- We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion, in which case any advance paid will be refunded in full
- Order timelines are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and production schedules
Payments
The following payment conditions apply to all transactions:
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cash (for local transactions)
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Outstanding dues beyond the agreed credit period may attract interest or result in suspension of supply
Delivery
- Delivery timelines vary based on order size, product availability, and shipping destination
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch of goods to the courier
- L.V. Garments is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
Returns & Disputes
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods
- Goods must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Color variations due to screen display or batch differences do not qualify as defects
- Disputes should first be raised with our team directly for amicable resolution
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.V. Garments shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products
- Loss of business, profit, or goodwill
- Delays caused by third-party logistics or courier partners
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of goods supplied in the relevant transaction.
Governing Law
All transactions and disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of India. Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
